Sandy Topsoil: Screened Sandy Soil - Sandy Soil is a great addition to gardens and lawns. You will not find much clay in this soil so it is great for areas that have a high clay content, already. Perfect for laying down sod or planting in.
Applications: Perfect as an underlay for new turf or to top-dress established lawns. Promotes excellent drainage and rapid turf growth.
Comparison: Similar to 80/20 soil with slightly lower sand content and higher density.
Challenges: Can be difficult for plant growth due to low water and nutrient retention.
